As a wedding photographer, I personally just love love love intimate weddings. There is something so special about having all your closest, nearest and dearest with you to celebrate LOVE and to just be yourselves as you mingle with all the guests.

Joanne and Derrick had an intimate wedding. It was on one summer day on a beautiful sunny afternoon at the Brock House Restaurant in Vancouver. They had their ceremony right underneath a big tree with all their closest family and friends. Their ceremony was filled with laughter, love and joy – lots of it.

The evening was spent underneath a tent by the Brock House Restaurant overlooking the ocean. Speeches were made, dinner was ate, and games were played. The couple shared their first dance, later had a daughter-father dance and a son-mother dance and then partied until the wee hours.

We are so fortunately to join in on such a beautiful wedding and so lucky to meet such amazing and kind hearted people. Congratulations again to Joanne & Derrick on their nuptials.
